Products that have been incorrectly stored, assembled, or installed, used inappropriately, or cleaned with improper cleaning methods or products. For example, upholstered furniture may naturally lighten over time if exposed to direct sunlight. No warranty is provided for upholstery, coverings, or cushion covers. Damages resulting from the product's usage beyond its intended purpose, as well as wear and tear occurring as part of the product's natural lifespan. Solid wood furniture may contract and expand due to seasonal climate variations throughout its lifespan and is therefore not covered by this warranty. Natural wood characteristics, such as glue lines or other issues, are not considered defects and are not included in the warranty coverage. Claims for seasonal splits or joint openings are restricted to the warranty period starting from the purchase date for solid wood furniture.
